Traditional Mexican Cooking in New York

La Cocina NYC is a periodic endeavor, a culinary experience packed with all the great food, culture and history of Mexico…but without the cost of a plane ticket.

In addition to our popular San Miguel cooking classes, we offer private dinners and special events. Located in a lovely brownstone on 123th Street in Harlem, two blocks from the #2 express subway, our kitchen and large dining room can accommodate up to 12 people.

Cooking Classes

Immerse yourself in the traditional Mexican kitchen. Learn to make moles and pipians, ceviches, healthy salads and creamy soups, tres leches cake and an array of other traditional favorites.
