Discover Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia
The Land and the Sea
August 25-September 2, 2025
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Canada’s Maritime Provinces as we travel from Prince Edward Island (PEI) to Nova Scotia, exploring a land dotted with lighthouses, fertile farmland, and sandy beaches. These pristine far Eastern shores, with their blend of Acadian, Celtic, and Mi'kmaq cultures, offer a unique mixture of land and sea. Picturesque villages butt against dramatic seaside cliffs; fishing boats line the docks.
Delve into an unforgettable culinary journey in a land renowned for its seafood: lobster, scallops, mussels, and freshly shucked oysters. Enjoy just-pulled-from-the-ground potatoes and sun-ripened berries. A highlight of our tour will be the Fireworks Feast with famed Canadian chef and TV personality Michael Smith at his Inn on Fortune Bay. This special experience centers around an epic family-style meal, prepared entirely on live-fire cooking stations.
Our PEI & Nova Scotia tour offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy two remarkable 5-star Heritage Hotels. The Great George in Charlottetown has been a fashionable hotel since 1857. Dalvay-by-the-Sea is the spectacular former home of Rockefeller’s Standard Oil President. Built in 1895 with island sandstone, the property now sits in the middle of a national park. Step into the past and experience the elegance of a privileged 19th century life.
